At the NYS DOL, we are fully committed to cultivating this spirit of acceptance in all New York workplaces. It is why we continue to make changes to protect and support our LGBTQ+ communities across the state. In New York State, non-binary individuals will soon be able to choose ‘X’ as a gender option on all state forms and licenses.
