The ADA is Working to Advance Diversity and Inclusion

Apr 8, 2024

While the ADA has been working to advance diversity and inclusion for many years, a more collective, intentional effort is necessary to drive change and ensure all feel welcomed and represented across the tripartite.

For those who are passionate, committed and interested in accelerating our success in building a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout the organization and profession, the ADA Diversity & Inclusion Committee invites you to Join the D&I Champions Network today!

The Champions Network will equip national, state and local leaders, volunteers and members with the education, resources and tools to help create a culture of inclusion and drive change forward personally, professionally and within ADA, state and local societies. Champions will have opportunities to participate in educational sessions such as Transformational Leadership, Leading with Change and Intercultural Competence. Through Basecamp, they will participate in discussion forums on a wide spectrum of diversity and inclusion topics, learn how to drive change, and begin to build their own networks with dentists from across the U.S.

Become a D&I Champion and Sign Up Today! Join us for the kick-off meeting on April 28 to learn more. Educational sessions will be held virtually throughout the year on the following dates (subject to change):

·       April 28 at 7pm CT – kick-off meeting!

·       June 23 at 7pm CT

·       August 18 at 7pm CT

·       December 8 at 7pm CT

·       February 23 at 7pm CT

Share this with your colleagues and begin building your network to drive change forward. This collective power across the tripartite will help to create the relevant and sustainable organization all can be proud of.
