EDUCATION OBJECTIVES & GOALS
Seminar 5 explores your office culture: how you create it, develop it, and improve it. The culture you create is one of the key components in setting the stage for your success. Without a well defined and highly directed culture, chaos ensues. The way individuals react is greatly determined by the environment they are in and the people they encounter. We will discuss the use of co-authorship, accountability, the role of communication and establishing performance expectations for each position in your office. We will review how we monitor, evaluate, and communicate needed improvements to the staff.
