party. In response to a complaint relating to dental treatment, the matter is
investigated and finally determined through a clinical examination by a panel
of dentists and a lay observer. This is a discreet, sensitive and busy
activity of the NCDS and its staff. Peer Review is a public interest
voluntary service.
